Über uns Das Restaurant Chiffon steht für frische, handwerklich präzise Küche mit Fokus auf hochwertige Produkte, moderne Akzente und gelebte Gastfreundschaft. Zur Verstärkung unserer Küchenbrigade suchen wir eine engagierte, teamorientierte Fachperson, die Leidenschaft für das Handwerk mitbringt und Freude an lebendigem À-la-carte-Service hat.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben Postenführung: Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Organisation des zugewiesenen Postens (z. B. Saucier, Entremetier oder Gardemanger/Pâtisserie)

Mise en Place & Service: Fachgerechte, termingenaue Vorbereitung und reibungsloses Schicken der Speisen im À-la-carte- sowie Bankettgeschäft

Qualitätssicherung: Einhaltung unseres hohen kulinarischen Standards bei Geschmack, Textur und Präsentation

Warenwirtschaft: Mithilfe bei der Warenannahme, fachgerechten Lagerung und Bestandskontrolle sowie aktives Vermeiden von Food Waste

Hygiene & Sicherheit: Konsequente Umsetzung der HACCP-Richtlinien, Arbeitssicherheit und betriebsinternen Reinigungsstandards

Team & Anleitung: Unterstützung und Anleitung von Commis de Cuisine und Lernenden auf dem Posten

Ihr Profil Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Koch/Köchin (EFZ oder gleichwertige anerkannte Ausbildung)

Erfahrung: Erste fundierte Berufserfahrung als Chef de Partie oder erfahrener Commis de Cuisine in der gehobenen Gastronomie

Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, saubere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, auch in hektischen Servicephasen

Persönlichkeit: Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Begeisterung für moderne Kulinarik

Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich); jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil

Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu branchenüblichen Arbeitszeiten (inkl. Teildienst und Wochenende)
