Jobbeschreibung

Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören das mise en place, das Zubereiten und Herrichten von saisonalen Menus sowie von Tagesgerichten und Nachspeisen. Sie tragen dazu bei, den Kochplatz sauber zu halten und schöpfen die Gerichte vor den Gästen.

Im Rahmen der regelmässig vorübergehenden Einsätzen besetzen Sie eine Position innerhalb der Küchen\-Brigade und unterstützen den Küchenverantwortlichen.

Gesuchtes Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Koch, über eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, Sie haben Freude an Kochtechniken und am Umgang mit immer wieder kehrenden Gästen.

Sie erwartet ein aufgestelltes Team in einem spannenden und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld. Familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis , fünf Wochen Ferien sowie grundsätzlich freie Wochenenden und Feiertage. Ausnahmen sind bei speziellen Events am Abend oder am Wochenende möglich.
