Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e:

Chef de Partie en Brasserie H/F ###

Description du poste ##

Au sein de la brigade, vous prenez en charge votre partie avec autonomie et assurez notamment :

  • La mise en place et les préparations nécessaires au bon déroulement du service
  • La réalisation et l'envoi des plats dans le respect des standards de l'établissement
  • La maîtrise des cuissons, sauces, garnitures et fondamentaux de la cuisine traditionnelle française
  • La gestion de votre poste pendant les services et les périodes de forte activité
  • Le contrôle de la qualité et de la régularité des préparations
  • La bonne gestion et le stockage des marchandises
  • Le maintien d'un poste propre, organisé et opérationnel
  • Le respect strict des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité HACCP
  • Une collaboration efficace avec l'ensemble de la brigade

Profil recherché ##

Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée comme Chef de Partie, idéalement acquise en brasserie française ou en restauration traditionnelle.

Vous possédez d'excellentes bases techniques et êtes capable de tenir votre poste avec autonomie, organisation et efficacité.

Vous savez travailler dans un environnement rythmé et conserver régularité et qualité, y compris lors des services à forte activité.

Professionnel(le), réactif(ve) et impliqué(e), vous appréciez le travail en brigade et accordez une réelle importance à l'esprit d'équipe.
