Nous recherchons actuellement des talents de la cuisine passionnés et motivés pour des postes au sein d'établissements prestigieux du secteur de Genève

Chef de Partie en restaurant gastronomique H/F en missions temporaires --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vos missions :

  • Assurer la mise en place demandée par le chef de cuisine
  • Tenir son poste au chaud ou au froid suivant les besoins
  • Realiser des préparations diverses suivant les demandes du chef
  • Assurer le nettoyage des locaux
  • Savoir prioriser les taches de mise en place et de service
  • Respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire

Vos competences :

  • Connaître et maîtriser les techniques de cuisine de base
  • Connaitre les exigences d'une cuisine de produits frais et de saison
  • Savoir Travailler en autonomie
  • Etre efficace et rapide dans d'exécution des tâches demandés
  • Avoir une experience de 5 ans minimum en tant que chef de Partie
  • Formation initiale en cuisine inmperatif
  • Avoir un excellent savoir être
