Chef de partie (H/F) Banquet

Responsabilités

  • Vous gérez la mise en place et le bon déroulement des prestations banquet dans le respect des standards du Beau\-Rivage Palace
  • Vous supervisez l'organisation de votre partie afin d'assurer une production fluide, précise et de qualité
  • Vous établissez les préparations nécessaires en amont des différents événements et banquets
  • Vous gérez l'envoi des plats et veillez au respect des fiches techniques et des standards de présentation
  • Vous supervisez votre équipe et assurez une bonne coordination avec les différents postes de la cuisine
  • Vous établissez les besoins en marchandises et participez à la bonne gestion des stocks
  • Vous gérez votre poste avec rigueur, efficacité et sens de l'organisation lors des périodes de forte activité
  • Vous supervisez le respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité en cuisine

Profil recherché

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en tant que Chef de Partie, idéalement dans l'hôtellerie haut de gamme ou l'événementiel
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques culinaires et êtes à l'aise avec les volumes importants liés à l'activité banquet
  • Vous supervisez votre poste avec autonomie, organisation et sens des priorités
  • Vous établissez un travail précis et soigné, tout en maintenant un excellent niveau de qualité lors des services soutenus
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d'équipe, votre flexibilité et votre capacité à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Vous partagez les valeurs d'excellence, de savoir\-faire et d'hospitalité qui caractérisent le Beau\-Rivage Palace
