  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Organisation deines zugeteilten Küchenposten
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität bei der Vor- und Zubereitung unserer Gerichte
  • Präzise Umsetzung unserer kulinarischen Standards und Qualitätsansprüche
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des täglichen Mise en Place und Services
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Gerichte und kulinarischer Ideen
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Unterstützung von Commis, Praktikanten und Lernenden auf deinem Posten
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen und strukturierten Ablauf innerhalb deines Arbeitsbereichs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Küchenchef, Sous Chef und dem gesamten Küchenteam
  • Sorgfältiger und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit hochwertigen Lebensmitteln und Produkten
  • Einhaltung und Sicherstellung unserer Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Mitverantwortung für Warenkontrolle, Lagerung und einen bewussten Umgang mit Ressourcen

Dein Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder eine vergleichbare gastronomische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer anspruchsvollen Küche, idealerweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Sehr gutes handwerkliches Können sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Qualität und Präzision
  • Leidenschaft für hochwertige Produkte, moderne Kulinarik und kreatives Arbeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung für einen eigenen Posten zu übernehmen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail
  • Teamgeist sowie Freude an einer offenen und professionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit - auch in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Bereitschaft, Wissen weiterzugeben und jüngere Teammitglieder in ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen
  • Eigeninitiative und Motivation, sich aktiv in den Aufbau eines neuen Küchenteams einzubringen
