Als Chef de Partie führst du deinen Posten selbstständig, arbeitest eng mit dem Küchenteam zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Gerichte mit Sorgfalt und Leidenschaft zubereitet werden. Dabei kannst du deine Fachkenntnisse einbringen und aktiv zu einem reibungslosen Küchenablauf beitragen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Führen und Organisieren des eigenen Postens
  • Zubereitung und Anrichten von Speisen auf hohem Niveau
  • Sorgfältiger Umgang mit frischen und hochwertigen Produkten
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung saisonaler Gerichte
  • Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Küchenteam

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie von Vorteil
  • Freude an hochwertigen Produkten und einer sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl
  • Belastbar, flexibel und teamorientiert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Bad Horn – Nicht einfach ein Hotel.

Direkt am Bodensee verbinden wir im Bad Horn maritimes Flair, Genuss, Erholung und herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Unser 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel bietet 71 Zimmer und Suiten, das 1'500 m² grosse Smaragd Spa, zwei Restaurants, verschiedene Bars sowie unsere eigene Motoryacht Emily mit Platz für bis zu 50 Personen.

Kulinarisch reicht die Vielfalt vom mediterranen Al Porto bis zum mit 15 GaultMillau-Punkten ausgezeichneten Fine-Dining-Restaurant Wave. Dazu kommen unsere Giardino-Terrasse direkt am hoteleigenen Hafen, die Faro-Bar als stilvolle Raucherbar mit Blick über den Bodensee, unsere Lobby-Bar sowie abwechslungsreiche Veranstaltungen, Seminare und Bankette.
