Unser Resort:

Die BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE hat ihren Sitz im wunderschönen Scuol im Unterengadin. Dazu gehört das 4Superior Hotel Belvédère, das 3Superior Badehotel Belvair (inkl. das thailändische Spezialitäten-Restaurant «Nam Thai») und das 4*Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal (inkl. Gourmetrestaurant mit der Philosophie «Art culinarica alpina»).

Auch das 4* Businesshotel Münchwilen im Kanton Thurgau gehört dazu. In Zukunft wird die BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE durch die Chasa Plavna in Scuol und das Hotel Flaz in Pontresina ergänzt.

Für unser 3*Superior Badehotel Belvair suchen wir ab sofort (oder nach Vereinbarung) eine/n Chef de Partie

Deine Aufgaben: Du liebst es frische, mediterrane Gerichte zu kreieren und unsere Gäste mit hausgemachten, leichten und bekömmlichen Nachtessen überraschen? Dann sorgst du vielleicht in Zukunft zusammen mit der gesamten Küchenbrigade für das kulinarische Erlebnis unserer Gäste auf mediterranem und frischem Niveau.

  • Selbständige Führung des Postens
  • Ständige Kontrolle bei der Erfüllung der Hygienestandards
  • Überwachung der Produktion
  • Gewährleistung der ständigen Verfügbarkeiten des Angebotes
  • Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Produkten und Geräten

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch (mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie)
  • Kreativität und Liebe zum Detail sowie sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offene Persönlichkeit mit positiver Einstellung und sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit
