Das [Hotel Lenzerhorn – Alpine Stay, Spa & Savour](https://hotel-lenzerhorn.ch/)mit der Dependance Hotel Spescha liegt mitten in der Lenzerheide. Mit unseren 4 Restaurants, 3 Bars, dem grosszügigen Wellness

und verschiedenen Hotelbereichen ist bei uns kein Tag wie der andere.

Ob an der Rezeption, im Service, in der Küche, im Housekeeping oder im Spa, gemeinsam sorgen wir dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste wie zuhause fühlen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch oder min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Stelle
  • Freude am Kochen und daran, etwas neues auszuprobieren
  • Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fröhliche, natürliche und souveräne Ausstrahlung
  • Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse erforderlich; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Motivation sich und unseren Betrieb weiterzuentwickeln

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen eines eigenen Postens im à la Carte Service
  • Mise en Place für alle Posten
  • Einhalten der HACCP Bestimmungen
  • Bestellungen für den eigenen Posten mit idealer Lagerbewirtschaftung
  • Teamarbeit und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
