Deine Aufgaben

  • Herstellung der Speisen für Menus, Buffets, à-la-carte und Sonderveranstaltungen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Führung der dem Posten zugeteilten Mitarbeiter
  • Einhaltung der HACCP Vorgaben
  • Warenannahme und Kontrolle der Qualität und Quantität mit Dokumentation
  • Mitverantwortlich für die Aufnahme der Inventuren im Bereich der Küche und Küchenlager

Kompetenzen und Verantwortung:

  • Vorbildliche Umgangsformen
  • Beherrschen der Deutschen Sprache von Vorteil
  • Reibungsloser Arbeitsablauf und Organisation des Rückschubs
  • teamorientierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gewährleistung eines stets sauberen und organisierten Arbeitsplatzes
  • Pflege und sorgsamer Umgang der Einrichtung und desArbeitsmaterials
  • Einhaltung der Kleiderordnung und den Richtlinien des allgemeinen Erscheinungsbildes
  • Alle Richtlinien hinsichtlich der Betriebssicherheit kennen und sich entsprechend verhalten
