Description du poste :

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Cuisine & Pâtisserie, le Chef de Partie participe à la préparation, à la mise en place et au bon déroulement du service. Il veille à la qualité des mets, au respect des normes d’hygiène et à la bonne organisation de sa partie.

Ce poste est disponible pour une prise de fonction le 1er décembre en CDI.

Vos missions, sous la supervision du Chef de Cuisine :

  • Réaliser les préparations et mises en place de pâtisserie selon les recettes et standards de l’établissement.
  • Assurer le dressage, la présentation et la qualité des desserts.
  • Faire preuve de créativité et de sens esthétique dans la réalisation et la présentation des desserts.
  • Participer à la création et au renouvellement des desserts, en proposant de nouvelles idées et associations de saveurs.
  • Être force de proposition pour faire évoluer les recettes et les présentations.
  • Réceptionner, contrôler et stocker les marchandises.
  • Anticiper les besoins et transmettre les commandes nécessaires au Chef.
  • Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Organiser et maintenir son poste de travail propre et fonctionnel.
  • Participer activement au bon déroulement du service.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

  • Expérience confirmée dans un établissement de la même catégorie
  • Minimum 1 an d’expérience au sein d’un restaurant gastronomique ou étoilé
  • Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Maîtrise parfaite des normes d’hygiène et des procédures HACCP
  • Véhiculé obligatoirement
