Chef de Partie (Stv. Küchenchef) – mehrheitlich Tagesdienst in der Region Aargau – gesucht für ein stilvolles, historisches und traditionsreiches Seminarhotel mit vielen Banketten und Events. Es wird eine marktfrische, regionale und saisonale Küche angeboten. Das Haus ist ein reiner Bankett-/Seminarbetrieb und hat kein a la carte Restaurant.

Deine Aufgaben: - Zubereitung von frischen, saisonalen und qualitativ hochwertigen kreativen Gerichten - Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres kulinarischen Angebots - Freude am Verarbeiten von frischen, regionalen und saisonalen Produkten - Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Übernehmen von Verantwortung in der Küche - Ablösung und Stellvertretung des Küchenchefs bei dessen Abwesenheit - Aktives Mitwirken an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Küche und unserer Arbeitsprozesse - Unsere eigene Kreislaufwirtschaft mit Engagement weiterentwickeln und fördern - Einen bewussten und nachhaltigen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, Ressourcen und Produkten pflegen - Dazu beitragen, Food Waste zu vermeiden und vorhandene Ressourcen sinnvoll zu nutzen - Hygienebewusstes und sorgfältiges Arbeiten sowie konsequentes Einhalten der Hygiene- und - Qualitätsstandards - Zusammenarbeit im Team und Einbringen eigener Ideen

Dein Profil: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung - Leidenschaft für gutes Essen und Freude am kreativen Kochen - Begeisterung für frische, regionale und saisonale Produkte - Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägtes Hygienebewusstsein - Interesse und Bereitschaft, unsere eigene Kreislaufwirtschaft der Propstei aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und voranzutreiben - Freude daran, in diesem Bereich Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eine führende Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer nachhaltigen und zukünftigen Küchenphilosophie einzunehmen Teamgeist, Flexibilität und ein herzliches Auftreten - Bereitschaft, bei Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den Küchenbetrieb selbstständig zu führen - Optimalerweise verfügst du über ein Auto
