Chef de Produit Senior Purification

En tant que Chef de Produit Senior Purification, vous façonnerez le développement stratégique et commercial du portefeuille mondial de purification préparative de BUCHI, incluant la chromatographie liquide préparative (LC), la chromatographie par fluide supercritique (SFC) et les consommables. Vous dirigerez l'équipe de gestion des produits de purification et prendrez en charge la stratégie du portefeuille, les feuilles de route des produits, la performance commerciale et la commercialisation. Alliant une solide expertise en chromatographie à un esprit commercial, vous traduirez les besoins des clients et du marché en produits réussis et en opportunités de croissance. Le poste relève directement du Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Vos responsabilités

  • Diriger, coacher et développer l'équipe de gestion des produits de purification.
  • Définir et piloter la stratégie globale du portefeuille et la feuille de route des produits.
  • Stimuler une croissance rentable à travers LC, SFC et les consommables.
  • Acquérir une compréhension approfondie des clients, applications, marchés et concurrents.
  • Traduire les besoins du marché en exigences produit, cas d'affaires et priorités d'innovation.
  • Prendre des décisions sur le cycle de vie des produits et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Marketing et Commerciales sur le positionnement, les propositions de valeur et les stratégies de mise sur le marché.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la R&D, le Commercial, les Opérations, le Service et la Qualité pour assurer une exécution et des lancements de produits réussis.

Ce que vous apportez

  • MSc, PhD ou diplôme équivalent en Chimie, Chimie Analytique, Sciences de la Vie, Génie Chimique ou domaine connexe.
  • Solide expertise en chromatographie, idéalement LC préparative, chromatographie flash et/ou SFC.
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience en gestion de produit, marketing, développement commercial ou gestion commerciale, idéalement dans l'instrumentation scientifique ou une industrie connexe.
  • Expérience en gestion de chefs de produit ou d'équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Esprit commercial et stratégique fort avec un focus clair sur le client.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, gestion des parties prenantes et collaboration.
  • Anglais courant ; l'allemand est un atout.

Modèle de travail

  • Déplacements internationaux d'environ 20 à 30 %.
  • Modèle de travail hybride avec présence régulière sur les sites BUCHI et chez les clients.
