En tant que bureau d'architecture avec environ 60 collaborateurs à Bâle et Zurich, nous développons, planifions et réalisons des projets de construction passionnants et de haute qualité pour des clients privés et publics. Nous recherchons pour notre bureau de Bâle, dès que possible ou selon accord, une personne en tant que

Chef de projet architecture 80-100%

Vous coordonnez et dirigez l'équipe de planification interdisciplinaire et atteignez avec elle les jalons fixés en collaboration avec le maître d'ouvrage. Responsable et autonome, vous menez nos divers projets de construction à travers toutes les phases SIA, de l'étude de faisabilité à la remise au client. Cela en respectant le budget, les délais et la qualité.

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Diplôme en architecture (ETH, FH ou équivalent)
  • Au moins six ans d'expérience en Suisse en tant que chef de projet, notamment en planification d'exécution et réalisation dans un poste comparable avec responsabilités de gestion
  • Compétences en gestion de projet et capacité d'intégration
  • Empathie, assertivité, excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation
  • Esprit d'équipe avec une grande initiative personnelle, fiabilité et précision ainsi qu'une pensée créative et prospective
  • Maîtrise des logiciels CAD et d'appel d'offres courants (ArchiCAD, Messerli)
  • Grand intérêt et sensibilité pour l'architecture
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
