Votre mission

Pour le compte d'un acteur majeur de la distribution en Suisse, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de projet Construction afin de rejoindre son département Immobilier et piloter des projets variés sur plusieurs sites en Valais. Vos responsabilités : - Piloter des projets de construction et de rénovation, de la planification à la livraison. - Garantir le respect des délais, des budgets et des exigences de qualité. - Coordonner les entreprises, mandataires et différents intervenants. - Assurer le suivi technique des chantiers et veiller à la conformité des réalisations. - Élaborer et suivre les budgets, devis et plannings de travaux. - Collaborer étroitement avec les architectes, ingénieurs, autorités et partenaires externes. - Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité ainsi que des exigences légales. - Assurer un reporting régulier sur l'avancement des projets.

Votre profil

\- Formation supérieure dans le domaine de la construction, de la conduite de travaux ou de la gestion de projets. - Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) dans la gestion de projets de construction en Suisse. - Solides connaissances techniques du bâtiment (CVSE, techniques du bâtiment ou domaines similaires). - Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants ; la connaissance d'AutoCAD constitue un atout. - Allemand langue maternelle avec un excellent niveau de français (minimum B2). - Permis de conduire indispensable.
