Description du poste ##

Dans le cadre du développement de son activité à Genève, notre client, une Entreprise Totale connue et reconnue, recherche un profil de Chef de Projet en Développement spécialisé dans les projets de rénovation et transformation.

Véritable interlocuteur des différents intervenants du projet, vous intervenez dès les premières phases d'une opération afin d'identifier les opportunités, d'analyser leur faisabilité et de contribuer à leur concrétisation.

Le poste combine acquisition, analyse technique, développement de projets et forte connaissance des travaux.

Il ne s'agit donc pas d'une fonction purement commerciale : votre capacité à comprendre la technique et à piloter les différents intervenants sera essentielle.

Vos responsabilités

  • Identifier et analyser de nouvelles opportunités de projets sur le marché genevois et vaudois.
  • Participer au développement et à la sécurisation de projets de rénovation et transformation.
  • Analyser la faisabilité technique et économique des opérations.
  • Participer à la préparation et au suivi des dossiers d'acquisition.
  • Élaborer et suivre les plannings des projets.
  • Participer à la définition des descriptifs et des prestations.
  • Piloter et coordonner les mandataires et différents partenaires du projet.
  • Identifier des solutions techniques permettant d'optimiser les projets.
  • Participer à la préparation et à la réponse aux appels d'offres et consultations d'entreprises.
  • Négocier les conditions et contrats avec les différents intervenants.
  • Assurer le lien entre les enjeux d'acquisition, les contraintes techniques et la réalisation des projets.
  • Développer et entretenir un réseau de partenaires et d'acteurs du marché immobilier et de la construction.

Votre profil

  • Formation technique supérieure dans le domaine de la construction
  • à minima 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle en Suisse
  • Solide expérience dans les travaux et la conduite de projets de rénovation.
  • Très bonne compréhension des processus de réalisation d'un projet de construction.
  • Une première expérience en acquisition / développement immobilier constitue un réel avantage.
  • Capacité à analyser un projet techniquement et à en comprendre les enjeux économiques.
  • Bonne maîtrise des plannings, descriptifs, consultations et processus d'appel d'offres.
  • Excellent réseau ou bonne connaissance du marché genevois de la construction et de l'immobilier.
