Opérant dans toute la Romandie, l'entreprise a son siège à Échandens et possède une succursale à Genève. Notre domaine d'expertise comprend notamment la pose de portes et d'armoires sur mesure pour des projets variés tels que des aménagements commerciaux, résidentiels et professionnels. Grâce à notre expérience et notre savoir\-faire, nous avons établi des partenariats solides avec d'importantes entreprises de construction telles que Losinger , Alpenda Construction SA, Implenia, Edifea, HRS Real Estate SA, Induni, ou Complex Bau.

Nous recherchons un chef de projet en menuiserie expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe et assurer la coordination et le suivi de nos chantiers.

Vos responsabilités --------------------

  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets, de la préparation jusqu’à la réception des travaux.
  • Lire et interpréter les plans afin d’anticiper les besoins et les contraintes techniques.
  • Organiser les équipes, coordonner les interventions sur les chantiers et établir les plannings.
  • Assurer une communication claire et professionnelle avec la direction des travaux, les fournisseurs et les clients.
  • Anticiper les commandes, en tenant compte des délais de fabrication et de livraison.
  • Suivre les commandes et organiser les approvisionnements pour éviter les retards sur les chantiers.
  • Contrôler régulièrement l’avancement et la qualité des travaux.
  • Identifier les difficultés techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Veiller au respect des engagements et des délais jusqu’à la finalisation des travaux et à la levée des réserves.

Votre profil ------------

  • Au minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la menuiserie.
  • De solides connaissances en menuiserie et une excellente maîtrise de la lecture de plans. La réalisation de dessins ou de plans n’est pas requise.
  • Une bonne maîtrise orale du français, du bosniaque (préférable) et de l’anglais, permettant des échanges professionnels.
  • Un excellent sens de l’organisation et une capacité à gérer plusieurs chantiers et équipes.
  • De la rigueur, de l’autonomie et une réelle capacité d’anticipation.
  • Une aisance relationnelle avec les équipes, la direction des travaux, les fournisseurs et les clients.
  • Une attention particulière au suivi des chantiers, à la ponctualité et au respect des délais.
