Nao Energy SA est une entreprise suisse spécialisée dans les solutions énergétiques durables. Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la réalisation de projets électriques, photovoltaïques, de bornes de recharge et d'efficacité énergétique, en proposant des prestations de haute qualité, de l'étude à la mise en service.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Chef de projet en électricité capable de piloter des projets techniques tout en assurant une excellente relation avec nos clients.

Chef de projet en électricité (H/F) - 100 %

Vos missions

  • Gérer des projets électriques de A à Z, de la prise de commande jusqu'à la réception des travaux
  • Réaliser les études techniques et les dimensionnements des installations
  • Planifier les interventions et coordonner les équipes internes ainsi que les sous-traitants
  • Assurer le suivi des délais, des coûts et de la qualité des réalisations
  • Veiller au respect des normes suisses et des exigences de sécurité
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients, fournisseurs et partenaires
  • Contrôler la rentabilité des affaires et établir les reportings nécessaires
  • Apporter un soutien technique aux équipes de terrain

Votre profil

  • CFC d'installateur-électricien, électricien de montage ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Brevet fédéral de conseiller en sécurité électrique, chef de projet en installation et sécurité ou formation supérieure, un atout
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets électriques en Suisse
  • Bonne connaissance des normes NIBT, OIBT et des réglementations suisses
  • Aisance dans la gestion de plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication
  • Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des logiciels de dessin technique
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
