Notre client, une entreprise renommée de la Construction Métallique sur le Canton de Genève, nous a mandaté dans la recherche d'un profil de Chef de Projet pour œuvrer sur divers projets en serrurerie et construction métallique.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience significative et obligatoire sur le territoire suisse, dans des fonctions similaires.
  • Solide expertise en serrurerie fine et construction métallique, sur des projets tertiaires, industriels et de logement.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets complexes et sur mesure.
  • Séniorité garantissant un haut niveau d'autonomie et de maturité professionnelle.
  • Capacité à manager des équipes, coordonner des intervenants multiples et prendre des décisions techniques.
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles, leadership naturel, sens des responsabilités et orientation solutions.
  • Profil terrain, structuré, capable de représenter l'entreprise auprès de clients exigeants

Missions principales

  • Piloter des projets de grandes envergures de la phase étude à la livraison.
  • Être l'interlocuteur principal des clients, architectes, EG, Régies et autres partemnaires.
  • Analyser les besoins, proposer des solutions techniques adaptées et assurer la faisabilité des projets.
  • Participer aux études techniques, données complémentaires et ajustements financiers en lien avec les deviseurs.
  • Coordination étroite avec l'atelier et manager les équipes internes de poseurs
  • Assurer la cohérence entre conception, fabrication et pose.
  • Garantir le respect des délais, des coûts, de la qualité d'exécution et de la satisfaction client.
