Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous proposons, sur notre site de Boncourt, un poste de :

Chef de projet Industrialisation H/F

Description du poste

  • Manager et être l'acteur principal de plusieurs projets d'industrialisation, d'un point de vue technique et administratif :
  • En phase d'étude : recherche de solutions, plans d'expérience sur le terrain, rédaction de rapports d'essais, rédaction de cahiers des charges, appels d'offres, comparatifs, choix de solutions techniques, montage administratif de dossiers d'investissement.
  • En phase de réalisation : suivi fabrication chez les fournisseurs, essais et mises au point machines, formation et transmission à la production.
  • Recherche et développement de procédés de fabrication innovants et industrialisables pour la fabrication de composants en matériaux durs.
  • Etre garant de la stabilité et de la fiabilité technique des équipements et procédés mis en place.
  • Soutien à la production en termes de résolution de problèmes et d'amélioration continue.

Profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme \<\<Ingénieur HES\>\> ou \<\<Technicien ET\>\>.
  • Vous êtes pluridisciplinaire et expérimenté : mécanique, automatisation, procédés, fortement intéressé à la fois par l'automation et les procédés spécifiques aux matériaux durs.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans le suivi de projets industriels (automatisation + procédés de fabrication).
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants et de langue maternelle française, ainsi que bonnes connaissances d'anglais et d'allemand.
  • Vous êtes flexible au niveau des déplacements sur les différents sites de l'entreprise.
  • Vous êtes doté d'une personnalité technique, résistante, constructive, proactive, communicative et structurée.

Compétences requises

Nous recherchons une personne organisée, capable de travailler en multitâches avec d'excellentes qualités relationnelles tant avec les interlocuteurs externes et internes.

Dotée d'une bonne ouverture d'esprit, de créativité et de dynamisme, sachant prendre du recul et être à l'écoute.

Langues

Français, l'anglais est un atout.
