Pour l'un de nos clients, entreprise spécialisée dans le transfert, le déménagement et la réimplantation d'équipements industriels, nous recherchons un chef de projet industriel expérimenté pour un engagement fixe dans le canton de Neuchâtel.

Cette recherche est menée de manière strictement confidentielle.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Analyse et préparation des projets de transfert et de déménagement industriel
  • Planification des différentes phases d'intervention
  • Définition des besoins en personnel, matériel et moyens de manutention et de levage
  • Organisation des opérations de démontage, manutention, transport, remontage et mise en place des équipements
  • Coordination des différents intervenants internes et externes
  • Communication et coordination avec les clients, responsables de production et services techniques
  • Supervision des équipes opérationnelles et des éventuels sous-traitants
  • Suivi des coûts, des délais et des ressources
  • Identification des risques techniques et organisationnels
  • Mise en œuvre et suivi des mesures de sécurité
  • Anticipation des contraintes liées aux différentes phases du projet
  • Gestion des imprévus et résolution des problématiques techniques
  • Suivi des projets jusqu'à leur réalisation complète
  • Garantie de la qualité des prestations et de la satisfaction client

Wir erwarten ##

  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et la conduite de projets industriels
  • Expérience dans le transfert, le déplacement ou l'installation de machines et équipements industriels
  • Bonne compréhension des opérations de démontage, manutention, levage, transport et remontage
  • Expérience avec des machines CNC, machines-outils, presses, robots, lignes de production ou machines spéciales, un réel atout
  • Capacité à planifier et coordonner simultanément les moyens humains, techniques et matériels
  • Expérience dans la supervision d'équipes et de sous-traitants
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et d'anticipation
  • Très bonne culture de la sécurité
  • Leadership et sens élevé des responsabilités
  • Autonomie et capacité à prendre des décisions
  • Esprit analytique, pragmatique et orienté solutions
  • Très bonnes capacités de communication
  • Forte orientation client
  • Flexibilité et mobilité
