VOS RESPONSABILITÉS ##

* Contrôle de projet (focus D365 F&O) : Responsabilité de bout en bout pour la mise en œuvre des projets locaux et internationaux D365F&SCM. Planification stratégique et suivi des projets ainsi que coordination du déploiement fonctionnel et du support hypercare. Contact central pour l'entreprise, les utilisateurs clés, la direction et les partenaires externes de mise en œuvre Microsoft. Ce poste implique fréquemment une approche pratique combinant gestion de projet et conseil informatique - collecte et remise en question des exigences métier, traduction en spécifications fonctionnelles, configuration et validation des solutions, et conduite des tests fonctionnels et d'acceptation utilisateur vous-même plutôt que de simplement coordonner les autres. * Analyse des processus & fit-gap : Animation d'ateliers de recueil des besoins et gestion des analyses fit-gap afin de cartographier de manière optimale les processus métier (par ex. order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) selon le standard Microsoft. * Focus sur le standard D365 & les meilleures pratiques : Assurer une stratégie « Standard First » pour minimiser les personnalisations et garantir la mise à jour future de la plateforme (One Version). Leadership d'équipe : Direction d'équipes projets interdisciplinaires et transversales (composées d'architectes solutions, consultants, développeurs et analystes métier). * Fonction interface & intégrations : Contrôler l'intégration fluide de D365 F&SCM avec les systèmes périphériques, la Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) et les architectures de données Azure.

VOTRE PROFIL ##

  • Expérience professionnelle : Plusieurs années d'expérience démontrable en tant que chef de projet informatique dans l'environnement ERP, idéalement avec des implémentations complètes de Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / F&SCM / CE.
  • Expertise / Formation : Compréhension approfondie de l'architecture D365 et des processus métier dans les domaines finance, chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique ou production. Diplôme de licence en administration des affaires, technologie informatique ou qualification comparable.
  • Compétences méthodologiques : Certification en gestion de projet (par ex. PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) indispensable.
  • Personnalité : Excellentes compétences en communication et négociation, assertivité, pensée analytique et capacité à inspirer les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux. Mentalité pratique : vous êtes à l'aise pour assumer un double rôle et réaliser personnellement la collecte des besoins, la spécification fonctionnelle, la configuration et les tests en plus de vos fonctions de gestion de projet.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l'anglais et très bonne maîtrise écrite et orale de l'allemand.
  • Localisation : Poste basé à Dietlikon ou Rotkreuz, Suisse, avec volonté de voyager à l'international selon les besoins du projet.
