Pour le compte d-un de nos clients et pour un engagement fixe nous sommes à la recherche d'un Chef de projets en installations électriques (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous serez chargé de planifier, organiser, coordonner et contrôler avec votre supérieur les chantiers, les activités et les objectifs de la succursale.
  • Vous serez responsable d'acquérir de nouveaux mandats et clients dans les marchés actuels et nouveaux.
  • Vous serez en charge d-étudier, calculer et négocier les dossiers d'offres et soumissions.
  • Vous suivrez l'évolution technique et les nouveautés dans les domaines d'activité et ferez les propositions adéquates.
  • Vous assurerez de former, diriger, motiver et contrôler les collaborateurs et les apprentis.
  • Vous participerez au développement de la succursale selon la politique définie par la direction. 
  • En contact étroit avec vos clients, les architectes et maîtres d'état, vous serez l'interlocuteur de référence pour identifier leurs besoins et y répondre avec des solutions modernes et innovantes.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes un leader au bénéfice d'un CFC d-installateur-électricien, idéalement complété par un brevet fédéral de conseiller en sécurité électrique ou d'électricien chef de projet.
  • Vous êtes également à l'aise dans l'analyse et le suivi financier des chantiers.
  • Autonome et doté d'un leadership naturel, vous êtes motivé par l'efficacité et la création de valeurs.
  • Vos compétences dans la gestion de projet et dans le management de personnes vous permettent d'être particulièrement à l'aise dans les fonctions de planification, de communication, de gestion et de développement de vos équipes.
