Ce que vous développez :

* Vous assistez le Chef de Projet / Responsable de département dans la gestion technique, administrative et financière des projets qui lui sont confiés dans le cadre de nos activités pour le secteur Naval

* Vous participez à la coordination des différentes étapes des projets : études, achats, réalisation, sous\-traitance, tests, emballage et expéditions aux clients.

* Vous assurez le suivi des actions et des échéances auprès des différents intervenants internes et externes et contribuez au respect des objectifs de qualité, coûts et délais.

* Vous participez à la préparation et au suivi du reporting des projets, à la mise à jour des plannings et au suivi des coûts.

* Vous contribuez à la préparation et à l'organisation des réunions de projet, ainsi qu'au suivi des décisions et des actions qui en découlent.

* Vous êtes en contact régulier avec nos bureaux d'études, équipes de production, achats et qualité, ainsi qu'avec nos clients et sous\-traitants.

* Vous participez progressivement à la gestion directe de certains lots ou sous\-projets, avec un niveau d'autonomie croissant.

* Vous contribuez à la préparation des chiffrages et offres pour nos futurs projets.

* À terme, vous évoluez vers la prise en charge complète de projets, en fonction de votre expérience et de votre progression.

Ce que vous apportez :

* Vous êtes récemment diplômé(e), ou sur le point de l'être, d'une école d'ingénieur ou d'une formation universitaire de niveau Master 2, idéalement dans le domaine de la mécanique ou dans un domaine associé à la conception de machines : électrotechnique, automation, software ou robotique.

* Vous souhaitez débuter votre carrière dans la gestion de projets industriels complexes, au sein d'un environnement technique exigeant et international.

* Vous disposez d'une bonne culture technique vous permettant de comprendre les problématiques de conception, de fabrication et d'intégration de machines et d'équipements industriels.

* Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et pragmatique, vous êtes capable de structurer et suivre simultanément plusieurs sujets et d'en assurer le reporting.

* Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'esprit d'initiative et de curiosité, tout en sachant solliciter les compétences nécessaires au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire.

* Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et disposez de bonnes capacités de communication et de coordination.

* Vous communiquez aisément en français et en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

* Vous maîtrisez les logiciels du pack MS Office. Une première expérience d'un ERP, idéalement ProConcept, constitue un plus.

* Vous êtes apte à voyager en Suisse et à l'étranger ponctuellement pour accompagner nos équipes auprès de nos clients et sous\-traitants.
