Chef de projet électricité - CDI (H/F)

Description du poste

Postes à pourvoir sur Vaud ou Genève. Piloter l'exécution technique des chantiers électriques (bâtiments, industrie, tertiaire, résidentiel selon spécialisation de l'entreprise) Établir les plannings d'exécution et coordonner les équipes internes et sous-traitants Assurer le suivi budgétaire du chantier (achats, métrés, situations de travaux) Garantir le respect des normes suisses en vigueur (NIBT/NIN, SIA, SUVA, ESTI) Organiser et superviser les approvisionnements en matériel électrique Coordonner avec les autres corps de métier (CVC, sanitaire, génie civil) et les mandataires (architectes, ingénieurs) Assurer le reporting régulier auprès de la direction et du client Veiller à la sécurité sur chantier et à l'application des consignes SUVA/EPI Participer aux réunions de chantier et rédiger les procès-verbaux Gérer les avenants, les levées de réserves et la réception des travaux

Profil recherché

Formation CFC d'électricien de montage ou équivalent, complété par une formation de contremaître/chef de projet (brevet fédéral ou HES en électrotechnique) Ou ingénieur HES en électricité avec expérience terrain Expérience Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en conduite de chantiers électriques Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'équipes et de sous-traitants Compétences techniques Maîtrise des normes NIN/NIBT et SIA Lecture de plans électriques et schémas Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, logiciels métrés type Messerli ou équivalent) Bonnes connaissances en courant fort et courant faible
