Pour nos différents prestataires, nous recherchons constamment des Chefs de projet avec Brevet fédéral d'électricien (ou en cours d'obtention).

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • En tant que chef de projet, tu gères la coordination et le suivi des projets électriques, assurant leur bonne exécution sur les chantiers
  • Tu analyses les plans, calcules et négocies les offres, et coordonnes les chantiers
  • Tu valides les équipements, organises la pose et assures la sécurité
  • Tu planifies le matériel et les équipes, optimises les achats et gères la facturation
  • Tu entretiens les relations clients, prospectes et proposes des solutions innovantes
  • Tu définis les objectifs, planifies le travail et garantis un environnement de travail sécurisé
  • Tu vérifies la conformité, coordonnes les tests et assures la qualité des installations

Wir erwarten ##

  • Formation de base : CFC d-installateur électricien, CFC planificateur-électricien, CFC télématicien ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Formation supérieure : Brevet Fédéral Electricien Chef de Projet en installation et sécurité
  • Expérience significative en Suisse
  • Connaissances spécifiques au poste : bonne connaissance du monde de l-électricité, compétences techniques, bonnes connaissances du tissu économique neuchâtelois
  • Compétences soft particulières : excellente capacité de négociation, forte orientation clients, esprit entrepreneurial, leadership avéré, gestion efficace d-équipe, grande capacité d-organisation, esprit d-analyse aiguisé, sens de l-organisation et excellente gestion du stress
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
