Ta mission

  • Personnalité communicative et capable de travailler en équipe : interlocuteur principal pour notre client clé sur un pied d-égalité & collaboration étroite avec nos créateurs de contenu internes
  • Pragmatique & autonome : gestion et coordination indépendantes de projets créatifs
  • Vue d-ensemble : garantie de la planification du contenu et des processus d-approbation dans Asana, y compris les rapports, ainsi que de la livraison ponctuelle et de qualité des ressources
  • Bon sens des tendances et bonnes compétences en négociation : entretien et développement des collaborations avec les influenceurs
  • Compréhension sûre des groupes cibles et clarté stratégique : gestion des canaux de médias sociaux en cours ainsi que des campagnes (via Meta, TikTok et LinkedIn)
  • Fiable dans le contrôle des coûts & orienté sur les détails : grande responsabilité pour l-élaboration et le respect des délais et des budgets
  • Structuré & soigneux : talent organisationnel prononcé et expérience dans la coordination et la communication avec plusieurs parties prenantes (clients, équipes internes et partenaires externes)

Tes compétences

  • Formation ou perfectionnement en marketing, communication, médias ou dans un domaine comparable est un atout
  • Expérience de plusieurs années en gestion des médias sociaux et gestion de projet, idéalement en agence
  • Forte orientation client et service ainsi qu-un bon sens du relationnel
  • Maîtrise des outils tels qu-Asana, Emplifi, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite
  • Expérience en responsabilité budgétaire et gestion des influenceurs
  • Connaissances approfondies dans la préparation des indicateurs des médias sociaux pour les rapports et le suivi des objectifs KPI
  • Maîtrise courante de l-allemand et de l-anglais, le français est un plus
