Nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de Projet Métier Senior pour piloter des projets de transformation et de digitalisation à forte visibilité au sein d'un environnement complexe et multidisciplinaire.

Vous serez responsable de la conduite complète des projets, depuis le cadrage des besoins jusqu'à la mise en production, en assurant la coordination des parties prenantes métiers, techniques et externes. Les missions incluent notamment la gestion des coûts, des délais, des risques et de la qualité, ainsi que l'accompagnement du changement auprès des utilisateurs.

Responsabilités principales

  • Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets.
  • Recueillir et formaliser les besoins métiers.
  • Définir la gouvernance, la planification et les indicateurs de suivi.
  • Animer les ateliers et comités de projet.
  • Coordonner les équipes internes et les prestataires.
  • Préparer et conduire les procédures d'acquisition et les appels d'offres.
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire et la maîtrise des risques.
  • Organiser la mise en service des solutions et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion de projets.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets métiers ou transformation digitale.
  • Excellente capacité à dialoguer avec les directions métiers et les équipes techniques.
  • Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projets.
  • Forte autonomie, leadership et sens de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs parties prenantes et priorités.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication et de présentation.
