Vos tâches

  • Gérer des projets d'énergies renouvelables de A à Z : acquisition, planification, exécution et suivi post-installation
  • Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans les secteurs industriel, public et communaux
  • Établir des relations solides et durables avec les acteurs locaux : communes, entreprises, partenaires techniques et institutionnels
  • Élaborer des offres techniques et commerciales en collaboration avec les équipes internes
  • Réaliser des études de marché et d'analyses de rentabilité.
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes : bureaux d'études, fournisseurs, autorités, propriétaires
  • Représenter AEW Energie AG lors d'événements professionnels et renforcer notre présence en Suisse romande
  • Suivre les performances des projets et proposer des mesures d'optimisation.
  • Évaluer les nouvelles technologies et logiciels liés aux énergies renouvelables

Votre profil

  • Formation technique (idéalement électricien, électricien réseau BT/MT, énergie ou photovoltaïque) avec expérience en gestion de projets
  • Expérience confirmée dans le développement commercial et la gestion de projets dans le secteur énergétique
  • Excellente connaissance du tissu économique et institutionnel de la Suisse romande, en particulier des dynamiques locales dans les cantons de Vaud, Neuchâtel, Jura, Fribourg et Genève
  • Compétences en communication, négociation et orientation client.
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français (à l'oral comme à l'écrit), bonne maîtrise de l'allemand (niveau B1/B2)
  • Connaissances en systèmes énergétiques, rentabilité de projets et outils numériques
