Axepta recherche pour l-un de ses partenaires, une entreprise reconnue dans le domaine des installations techniques du bâtiment à Genève, un(e) Chef(fe) de projet sanitaire.

chef de projet sanitaire

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client souhaite renforcer son équipe avec un profil capable de prendre en charge des projets sanitaires de manière autonome, de la phase d-étude jusqu-à la réalisation et au suivi de chantier.

Vos responsabilités ###

  • Piloter et coordonner des projets sanitaires dans leur globalité.
  • Assurer la gestion technique, administrative et financière des projets.
  • Élaborer et suivre les offres, soumissions et budgets.
  • Réaliser ou superviser les études techniques et dimensionnements des installations sanitaires.
  • Établir et contrôler les plans, schémas et dossiers techniques en collaboration avec les bureaux d-études et les dessinateurs.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants : clients, architectes, ingénieurs, entreprises partenaires et sous-traitants.
  • Assurer le suivi des travaux sur les chantiers et veiller au respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences de qualité.
  • Participer aux séances de chantier et assurer le suivi des décisions et actions.
  • Contrôler la conformité des installations avec les normes et réglementations en vigueur.
  • Gérer les commandes de matériel et assurer le suivi avec les fournisseurs.
  • Participer à la réception des installations et à la clôture des projets.
  • Être l-interlocuteur privilégié du client tout au long du projet.

Votre profil ###

  • Formation technique dans le domaine du sanitaire, de la technique du bâtiment ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets sanitaires en Suisse / France.
  • Bonne maîtrise des installations sanitaires et des techniques du bâtiment.
  • Expérience en gestion de chantier et coordination de différents intervenants.
  • Bonnes connaissances des normes et réglementations suisses liées au domaine sanitaire.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ; connaissances de logiciels de dessin ou de planification appréciées.
  • Sens de l-organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Esprit d-équipe, aisance relationnelle et orientation client.
