Votre mission

Pour le compte de notre client, un bureau d-ingénieurs spécialisé dans les techniques du bâtiment, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de projet sanitaire afin de renforcer son équipe et de prendre en charge des projets variés dans le domaine des installations sanitaires. Vous serez responsable de vos projets, de la phase de conception jusqu-à leur réalisation, en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs, architectes, entreprises et différents intervenants du bâtiment. Vos responsabilités : - Prendre en charge la gestion complète de projets sanitaires, de l-étude à la réalisation. - Concevoir et développer des installations sanitaires pour différents types de bâtiments. - Élaborer les concepts techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des projets. - Réaliser et/ou superviser le traçage des plans et schémas sanitaires. - Participer à la modélisation BIM et à la coordination des installations techniques. - Élaborer les dossiers d-appel d-offres et participer à l-analyse des soumissions. - Assurer la coordination technique avec les autres corps de métier et intervenants. - Participer aux séances de chantier et assurer le suivi des travaux. - Contrôler la conformité des installations avec les normes et prescriptions suisses en vigueur. - Conseiller les clients et assurer un rôle d-interlocuteur technique tout au long des projets.

Votre profil

- Formation technique dans le domaine sanitaire, idéalement CFC d-Installateur sanitaire complété par une formation de technicien, chef de projet ou formation équivalente. - Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets sanitaires, idéalement au sein d-un bureau d-ingénieurs ou bureau d-études. - Très bonnes connaissances des installations sanitaires du bâtiment. - Expérience en conception, dimensionnement et planification d-installations sanitaires. - Maîtrise des logiciels de dessin et de planification ; connaissances en BIM - Bonne connaissance des normes et prescriptions suisses liées aux installations sanitaires. - Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les délais. - Excellent sens de l-organisation, rigueur et autonomie. - Esprit d-analyse et capacité à proposer des solutions techniques pertinentes. - Aisance relationnelle et capacité à collaborer avec différents intervenants.
