Chef de projet senior CVC (H/F)

Taux d’activité : 100% Type de contrat : CDI

Votre mission Dans le cadre du développement de notre client, une entreprise reconnue dans le domaine des installations techniques du bâtiment, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de projet CVC afin de piloter des projets variés et ambitieux.

Vous serez responsable de la gestion complète des projets CVC, de la phase d’étude jusqu’à la réalisation, en garantissant le respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité attendue par les clients. Vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Assurer la gestion complète de projets CVC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation) ;
  • Élaborer les études techniques et assurer le suivi des dossiers ;
  • Réaliser les chiffrages, offres et soumissions en collaboration avec les équipes internes ;
  • Planifier et coordonner les interventions des différents intervenants (clients, fournisseurs, mandataires et équipes de montage) ;
  • Suivre les coûts, les délais et la rentabilité des projets ;
  • Participer aux séances de chantier et assurer le suivi technique jusqu’à la réception des installations ;
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients et garantir leur satisfaction ;
  • Apporter votre expertise technique et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des projets.

Votre profil - Formation technique dans le domaine CVC (CFC, brevet fédéral ou formation jugée équivalente) ; - Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets CVC en Suisse ; - Solides connaissances techniques en chauffage, ventilation et climatisation ; - Expérience dans le chiffrage, l’établissement d’offres et le suivi financier de projets ; - Bonne connaissance des normes et réglementations suisses ; - Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément avec autonomie et rigueur ; - Excellent sens de l’organisation, de la communication et du service client.

Vos atouts - Vous êtes une personne proactive, orientée solutions et dotée d’un bon esprit d’équipe ; - Vous appréciez les responsabilités et le contact avec les différents acteurs d’un projet ; - Vous avez une bonne connaissance du tissu économique fribourgeois et des acteurs locaux du domaine de la construction (un atout).
