Notre agence de Genève s’engage à offrir un service de qualité, tant à ses clients qu’à ses candidats. Pour l’un de nos clients actifs dans la serrurerie et la construction métallique sur la région genevoise, nous recherchons un Chef de projet expérimenté.

Description du poste

  • Gestion complète de projets en serrurerie et construction métallique
  • Analyse des besoins et conseils techniques aux clients
  • Coordination entre bureau technique, atelier et chantier
  • Suivi des délais, des coûts et de la qualité d’exécution
  • Lecture de plans, validation technique et suivi de fabrication
  • Organisation et supervision des équipes internes et partenaires
  • Gestion des dépannages et interventions spécifiques si nécessaire

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets dans le secteur
  • Formation dans la construction métallique, serrurerie ou domaine équivalent
  • Parfaite maîtrise technique et compréhension terrain / atelier
  • Aisance dans la coordination de plusieurs intervenants
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Esprit d’équipe et orientation solution
