Entreprise régionale solidement implant\&eac Chef de projet \- Tableaux électromécaniques Entreprise régionale solidement implantée et en pleine évolution, Flückiger Electricité SA est active dans plusieurs domaines complémentaires de l’électrotechnique : installations électriques dans les bâtiments, infrastructures, maintenance, ainsi que conception et réalisation d’ensembles d’appareillages et de tableaux électromécaniques. Au cœur de cette activité, notre Atelier électromécanique situé à Saint\-Blaise constitue un secteur spécialisé et stratégique de l’entreprise. Il assure la réalisation de tableaux et ensembles électromécaniques, de leur conception à leur fabrication, leur montage et leur installation, en collaboration étroite avec nos clients et nos équipes techniques. Afin d’accompagner le développement de ce secteur et de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) CHEF DE PROJET TABLEAUX ÉLECTROMÉCANIQUES Mission : Assurer la sécurité des collaborateurs sous sa responsabilité lors de la livraison et mise en service dans les locaux du client, en respectant toutes les normes de sécurité de chantiers, directives du client et de sécurité électrique ; Selon les cahiers des charges des clients, effectuer une planification des principes de montage et fonctionnement des armoires électromécaniques : tableau de composants, face\-avant, liste de matériel et éventuellement schéma de principe, plans d’appareillage selon les normes en vigueur Établir une planification détaillée de la réalisation du projet (organisation et planification personnel, matériel et milestones de réalisation), livraison et mise en service Organiser et planifier la réalisation des projets ; effectuer la supervision pendant la réalisation des projets et effectuer l’assurance qualité Régulièrement visiter et contrôler les activités des chefs d’équipe, monteurs et apprentis sous sa responsabilité ; préparer des métrés intermédiaires pour estimer l’avancement du chantier Assurer l’établissement des avenants dans un délai très court ; assurer que les travaux ne sont pas commencés avant l’obtention de la commande validée du maître d’œuvre Gérer l’exécution des travaux ainsi que le suivi financier : suivi de la gestion d’imputation de la main d’œuvre et du matériel ; assurer une marge minimum de 5 \- 10%, suivi détaillé entre les imputations planifiées et les imputations effectives, effectuer un forecast de fin de chantier Profil : Brevet fédéral de chef de projet en construction de tableaux électriques ou en cours de formation ou formation équivalente ; Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets de tableaux électriques ; Aisance dans les rapports humains ; Autonomie et sens des responsabilités ; Rigueur, esprit de synthèse et flexibilité ; Esprit d’équipe, ouvert et innovateur.
