Votre rôle ##

En tant que Chef de Projet Technique, vous pilotez des projets de développement applicatif stratégiques basés sur les technologies Java, Angular et architectures orientées services, de la phase de cadrage jusqu'à la mise en production. Vous êtes garant de la réussite des projets tant sur les aspects delivery que techniques. À ce titre, vos responsabilités incluent :

  • Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets applicatifs, du cadrage à la mise en production, en assurant la maîtrise des coûts, des délais, des ressources et de la qualité ;
  • Coordonner et animer les équipes de développement, en favorisant la collaboration entre les parties prenantes métier, techniques et les partenaires externes ;
  • Superviser la conception technique des solutions, challenger les choix d'architecture et garantir l'application des bonnes pratiques de développement ;
  • Accompagner la réalisation d'applications développées from scratch ainsi que les projets de transformation ou d'évolution de systèmes existants ;
  • Assurer le pilotage de la delivery Agile, le suivi des risques et dépendances, ainsi que la mise en place des actions de mitigation appropriées ;
  • Mettre en place et animer la gouvernance projet (comités, ateliers, reporting) afin de garantir la transparence, la qualité des livrables et l'atteinte des objectifs fixés.

Votre profil ##

  • Formation supérieure en informatique (Bachelor, Master ou équivalent) et au moins 8 ans d-expérience dans la gestion de projets applicatifs, avec un socle technique solide en développement logiciel ;
  • Expérience confirmée sur des environnements Java, Angular, APIs et architectures orientées services, avec la capacité de comprendre et challenger les choix techniques ;
  • Expérience significative dans le pilotage de projets de développement applicatif, idéalement sur des projets from scratch, de modernisation ou de refonte de systèmes ;
  • Expérience en encadrement d-équipes de développement et en coordination de profils techniques (développeurs, architectes, QA, DevOps) ;
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile et/ou cycle en V, avec une forte orientation delivery, qualité de service et gestion des risques ;
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de leadership permettant d'interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs métiers, techniques et décisionnaires - Français courant requis et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel.
