Vous aimez piloter des projets transversaux, accompagner les métiers dans leurs évolutions et transformer des besoins complexes en solutions concrètes ? Pour l-un de nos clients, une organisation reconnue et en pleine évolution, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de projet Transformation bilingue français/allemand. Dans cette fonction transverse, vous pilotez des projets stratégiques et accompagnez différentes équipes dans l-évolution de leurs processus, services et solutions. Vos responsabilités : - Piloter des projets de transformation, de digitalisation et d-évolution des processus et solutions ; - Planifier, coordonner et suivre les différentes étapes des projets ; - Assurer le suivi des risques, des coûts, des délais et de la qualité ; - Accompagner les métiers dans l-identification, l-analyse et la formalisation de leurs besoins ; - Analyser les problématiques et élaborer des concepts de solution adaptés ; - Préparer des recommandations et les éléments nécessaires à la prise de décision ; - Assurer la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes ; - Contribuer activement à l-amélioration continue et aux initiatives de transformation de l-organisation.

Votre profil

\- Formation supérieure en informatique, économie d-entreprise, gestion de projet ou formation équivalente ; - Expérience confirmée dans la conduite de projets, idéalement dans un environnement bancaire, financier, informatique ou de transformation digitale ; - Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet classiques et/ou agiles ; - Une certification HERMES, IPMA, PMI ou équivalente constitue un atout ; - Excellentes capacités d-analyse et aptitude à structurer des problématiques complexes ; - Autonomie, sens de l-organisation et esprit d-initiative ; - Capacité à fédérer des interlocuteurs aux profils et expertises variés ; - Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication ; Ce que notre client vous offre : Une fonction transverse avec une réelle autonomie, des projets variés et stratégiques ainsi qu-un environnement de travail dynamique offrant une proximité avec les différents métiers et décideurs.
