Chef de projets immobiliers - Directeur de travaux (H/F), 100%

Transformer les espaces, valoriser le patrimoine dans la durée

Votre mission

  • Grâce à votre expertise, vous identifiez les interventions et transformations nécessaires à la valorisation des immeubles locatifs dont nos clients nous confient la gestion ;
  • En toute autonomie, vous pilotez les projets dans leur intégralité : contrôles réglementaires, études préliminaires, avant-projets, demandes d-autorisation, appels d-offres, planification et suivi de l-exécution ;
  • Dans le respect des budgets et des délais définis, vous garantissez la bonne réalisation des projets de transformation et de rénovation des immeubles, logements et surfaces locatives sous gestion.

Au-delà de votre parcours, vous vous distinguez par-

  • Votre expérience professionnelle d-au moins dix ans dans la direction de projets immobiliers et l-exécution de travaux ;
  • Votre capacité à formuler des recommandations pertinentes, dans le respect de nos valeurs et avec une éthique irréprochable, afin d-instaurer une relation de confiance avec les propriétaires et nos partenaires ;
  • Votre CFC de dessinateur en bâtiment, votre diplôme de conducteur de travaux ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente ;
  • Votre maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels du métier, notamment « AutoCAD » et « Messerli » ;
  • Votre personnalité avenante, communicative et coopérative, ainsi que votre capacité à contribuer à un climat de travail serein, propice aux échanges et au respect mutuel.
