Unser Resort:

Die BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE hat ihren Sitz im wunderschönen Scuol im Unterengadin. Dazu gehört das 4Superior Hotel Belvédère, das 3Superior Badehotel Belvair (inkl. das thailändische Spezialitäten-Restaurant «Nam Thai») und das 4*Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal (inkl. Gourmetrestaurant mit der Philosophie «Art culinarica alpina»).

Auch das 4* Businesshotel Münchwilen im Kanton Thurgau gehört dazu. In Zukunft wird die BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE durch die Chasa Plavna in Scuol und das Hotel Flaz in Pontresina ergänzt.

Für unser 4* Boutique-Hotel GuardaValsuchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Chef de Réception:

Deine Aufgaben:

Kontrolle der korrekten Reservationsannahme mit Berücksichtigung der vorgegebenen Auslastungs- und Preisziele Kontrolle der ausgehenden Korrespondenz mit Gästen Überwachung der täglichen und monatlichen Abschlüsse Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen sowie Führen der Stundenkontrolle Personaleinsatzplanung in ihrem/seinem Bereich Sauberkeits- und Hygienekontrolle der Zimmer sowie der öffentlichen Bereiche bei Abwesenheit der Gouvernante Telefondienst Gästebetreuung Kassenverwaltung Check-in / Check-out An- und Abreisekontrolle Schreiben der täglichen Halbpensionsmenüs Erstellung von Tages- und Wochenprogrammen Allgemeine Réceptionstätigkeit

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossene KV-Lehre mit Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie

- Kommunikationstalent und stilsicheres Auftreten

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Italienischkenntnisse und jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)

- Mit Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit trägst du zur Gastfreundschaft in unserem Hotel bei
