Zur Verstärkung unseres Serviceteams suchen wir eine engagierte, aufmerksame und gastorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an gehobener Servicekultur mitbringt und unseren Gästen unvergessliche Momente bereitet.

Deine Aufgaben: Selbstständige Führung einer eigenen Servicestation im à-la-carte- und Bankettgeschäft

Professionelle, herzliche Begrüssung, Platzierung und Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen Gäste

Fundierte Beratung zu Speisen, Tagesempfehlungen und unserem Wein- und Getränkesortiment

Aktiver Zusatzverkauf sowie fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

Reibungslose Vorbereitung des Mise en Place für den Servicebereich

Eigenständiges Kassieren und Abrechnen mit dem Kassensystem

Einhaltung und Umsetzung der internen Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben (HACCP)

Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie / Hotellerie (z. B. Restaurantfachmann/-frau EFZ) oder mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im gehobenen Service

Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft, Feingefühl im Umgang mit Gästen und ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail

Gute Weinkenntnisse und Freude an kulinarischen Trends

Sehr gute Deutsch-/ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen gerne gesehen)

Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, tadellose Umgangsformen und eine positive Ausstrahlung

Belastbarkeit, Teamgeist und Flexibilität bezüglich unregelmässiger Arbeitszeiten und Teildiensten
