Das Aufgabengebiet lautet wie folgt: • Verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Service, sowie für die Gästezufriedenheit und deren Wünsche. • Sichere Kenntnisse über die Speisekarte und die Getränkekarte, sowie Tagesangebote und aktuelle Aktionen. • Aktiver Weinverkauf und professionelle Beratung über das Angebot • Durchführen von Getränke- und Speiseservice nach LQA-Standards • Reklamationen schnell und gastorientiert behandeln

Ihr Profil: • Begeisterung für die Welt der Luxus-Hotellerie und Freude an innovativen, modernen Gastronomiekonzepten. • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gehobenen À-la-carte-Service. • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise. • Hohe Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten. • Leidenschaft für exzellenten Service und den persönlichen Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Gästen.
