Description du poste ##

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement où le service est pensé sur mesure, avec une attention particulière portée aux détails, au confort et aux attentes individuelles des clients. Votre rôle sera d'assurer un service élégant et personnalisé, dans le respect absolu de la discrétion et de la confidentialité propres à cet établissement. Vous participerez à la mise en place, au service et au suivi des prestations, tout en veillant à maintenir les standards d'un service 5 étoiles.

Profil recherché ##

Nous recherchons une personnalité professionnelle, élégante et naturellement orientée vers le service, disposant idéalement d'une expérience confirmée dans des établissements hôteliers 4\/5\. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez d'un très bon niveau d'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Sens du détail, excellente présentation, discrétion et capacité à anticiper les attentes sont indispensables pour réussir dans cet environnement. Vous appréciez le service personnalisé et savez vous adapter à chaque client avec tact et bienveillance. Autonome et fiable, vous êtes également à l'aise dans un environnement exigeant où la qualité de chaque interaction compte.
