L’Hôtel Helvetia à Crans-Montana recherche un(e) Chef de Rang H/F pour renforcer son équipe restauration durant la saison d’hiver 2026/2027. Dans un environnement chaleureux et à taille humaine, vous participez activement à la qualité du service et à l’expérience de nos clients. En lien direct avec le Responsable de Salle et l’ensemble de l’équipe restauration, vous êtes garant(e) du bon déroulement du service sur votre rang.

Votre mission Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment : Assurer l’accueil et l’accompagnement des clients avec professionnalisme et convivialité. Préparer et effectuer la mise en place de votre rang avant chaque service. Présenter la carte, conseiller les clients et prendre les commandes. Assurer le service des plats et des boissons dans le respect des standards de l’établissement. Veiller au bon déroulement du service et anticiper les besoins des clients. Assurer le suivi de votre rang tout au long du repas. Coordonner efficacement le service avec la cuisine et le bar. Veiller à la qualité, à la présentation et au rythme d’envoi des plats. Répondre aux demandes particulières des clients avec attention et efficacité. Participer au débarrassage et au redressage des tables. Veiller à la propreté et à la bonne présentation de la salle et du matériel. Participer à la préparation et à la fermeture du service. Informer le Responsable de Salle de toute remarque ou difficulté rencontrée pendant le service. Contribuer activement à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de la clientèle.

Votre profil Nous recherchons une personne professionnelle, dynamique et attentive aux détails, ayant un véritable sens du service et appréciant le contact avec la clientèle. Vous disposez idéalement : D’une expérience confirmée en tant que serveur(se) ou Chef de Rang, idéalement en hôtellerie ou restauration de qualité. D’une bonne connaissance des techniques de service. D’un excellent sens de l’accueil et de la relation client. D’une présentation soignée et d’une attitude professionnelle. D’un bon esprit d’équipe et d’une excellente communication. D’un bon sens de l’organisation et de la gestion des priorités. De dynamisme et de réactivité pendant les périodes de forte activité. D’une bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. Toute autre langue constitue un atout.

La connaissance des standards de l’hôtellerie 4 étoiles est un plus. Votre personnalité fera la différence Nous recherchons avant tout une personne fiable, souriante et impliquée, capable d’être autonome sur son rang tout en travaillant en parfaite coordination avec l’ensemble de l’équipe.
