The posting

L’Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées et Spa**S se situe en Valais, à 1400 m d’altitude, dans la station de Haute-Nendaz. Il jouit d’une situation privilégiée été comme hiver, au cœur du pays des bisses et du domaine skiable des 4 Vallées.

Il est composé d’un hôtel 4* supérieur de 62 chambres, de 2 restaurants et d’un bar, d’un SPA d’exception de 2200 m2, ainsi que de salles de conférences et banquets (www.hotelnendaz4vallees.ch).

Le complexe abrite également des appartements de location de vacances qui complètent l’offre hôtelière.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons :

6X CHEF DE RANG (H/F) – en CDD horaire du 1er décembre 2026 au 15 avril 2027

Votre profil :

  • Avoir au minimum 2 années d'expérience réussie à un poste similaire
  • Titulaire d'une formation professionnelle de type CFC de spécialiste en restauration ou diplôme équivalent
  • Excellente présentation, disponible, polyvalent et responsable
  • Souriant et avenant, de caractère agréable
  • Soucieux de la propreté et de la qualité
  • Soigné, précis et organisé
  • Flexible, le travail en horaire coupé, le soir et le week-end ne vous dérange pas
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais

Vos tâches :

  • Encadrer et superviser l’équipe de service dans leurs tâches
  • Garantir un accueil de qualité dans une atmosphère agréable et conviviale
  • Prendre les commandes et procéder aux encaissements
  • Assurer le service ainsi que son bon déroulement dans les différents points de vente
  • Gérer les différentes étapes depuis les mises en place jusqu’au débarrassage et toutes les tâches de préparation
  • Assumer différentes tâches de nettoyages liés à l’activité des points de vente
  • Gérer les stocks de marchandises et de linge
  • Remplacer le maître d’hôtel en son absence
  • Suivre les procédures de travail et respecter les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur dans notre établissement
