Aufgabengebiet: - Führung einer eigenen Station - Inkasso und Abrechnungen - Einhalten der Servicestandards, Anleitung und Überwachung bei Praktikanten und Lernenden - Behandeln von Reklamationen gemäss Reklamationspolitik - Einhaltung der Arbeitsabläufe laut Handbuch - Mise en place Arbeiten

Stellenanforderung: Sie haben: - eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Restaurationsfachmann/-fachfrau EFZ - mehrjährige Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie im Halbpensionsbereich sowie im à la Carte Restaurant - fundierte Fachkenntnisse - eine saubere und gründliche Arbeitsweise und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an sich selbst - ein hohes Mass an Dienstleistungsbereitschaft - Organisationstalent - ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und gute Umgangsformen - fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, gute bis sehr gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
