Chef de rang Room-service (H/F)

Type de contrat : Contrat à Durée Indéterminée

Responsabilités

  • Vous assurez les services du petit-déjeuner, du déjeuner et du dîner.
  • Vous réalisez toutes les mises en place nécessaires au service.
  • Vous effectuez le débarrassage dans les étages.
  • Vous assurez la mise en place et le service du « Welcome ».
  • Vous organisez et contrôlez le nettoyage du matériel et des locaux de travail.
  • Vous assurez la formation des stagiaires et des commis.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) en hôtellerie-restauration (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC ou équivalent).
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience significative dans un service en chambre ou en restauration au sein d'un hôtel haut de gamme.
  • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais ; une troisième langue est un plus.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel, Micros).
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), dynamique, avec un excellent sens du détail et un fort esprit d'équipe.
  • De nature élégante et professionnelle, vous êtes prêt(e) pour l'expérience Palace.
