Pour un client situé à Isérables dans le canton du Valais, nous recherchons un chef de rang

Chef de rang / Serveur \- Banquets \& Traiteur haut de gamme

* Formation en restauration ou expérience confirmée dans le service haut de gamme : vous disposez idéalement d?un diplôme en restauration et/ou d?une expérience significative dans des établissements de standing, hôtels 4\/5\, restaurants gastronomiques ou événements prestigieux. * Excellentes qualités relationnelles : vous avez un excellent contact avec la clientèle, une présentation irréprochable et savez adopter une attitude professionnelle, élégante et discrète en toutes circonstances. * Sens du détail et de l?excellence : vous êtes attentif(ve) aux attentes des clients et veillez à offrir un service personnalisé, soigné et de qualité. Vous savez anticiper les besoins et faire preuve de réactivité. * Esprit d?équipe : vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes capable de collaborer efficacement avec différents intervenants afin d?assurer le bon déroulement du service. * Expérience en événementiel appréciée : vous êtes à l?aise dans des environnements dynamiques et lors d?événements de grande envergure (banquets, réceptions, cocktails, soirées privées, manifestations professionnelles, etc.). * Dynamisme et capacité d?adaptation : vous savez vous adapter rapidement aux différentes situations, maintenir un rythme de travail soutenu et rester efficace et souriant(e) même lors des périodes de forte activité. * Professionnalisme et discrétion : vous êtes ponctuel(le), fiable, autonome et respectueux(se) des standards d?un établissement haut de gamme et des exigences liées à une clientèle exigeante. + Assurer un service raffiné et personnalisé en salle. + Préparer et assurer la mise en place de la salle avant chaque service : dressage des tables, mise en place de la vaisselle, des couverts, du linge et de l?ensemble du matériel nécessaire au bon \-déroulement du service.\-Garantir la fluidité et la qualité du service tout au long de l?événement
