Chef de Service 100% (m/w)

Be a Candrian - Ihre Aufgaben:

Empfangen, Betreuen und Verabschieden unserer nationalen- und internationalen Gäste Sicherstellung einer professionellen Gästebetreuung auf konstant hohem Niveau Durchführen von regelmässigen Mitarbeiter-Schulungen Führen der Mitarbeiter, sowie aktive Unterstützung im Service Optimale Einsatz- und Ferienplanung des Service Teams Tägliche Koordination und Planung für einen reibungslosen Service Effiziente Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden Verantwortung für das einhalten der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards Einhaltung und Kontrolle der CCAG Standards Überwachung des täglichen Mise en Place Kontrolle von Tagesabrechnungen Reklamationsmanagement

Be a Candrian - Ihr Profil:

Sie lieben die traditionelle Schweizerküche und kennen sich mit Schweizer Biersorten aus Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer gleichen oder ähnlichen Position Freundlichkeit und eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft zeichnen Sie aus Sie lieben den Kundenkontakt und behalten auch in hektischen Momenten immer ein Lächeln Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit treffen auf Sie zu Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein Organisationstalent Eigeninitiative und Pflichtbewusstsein TCPOS Kenntnisse von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, alle weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil Eigeninitiative und Pflichtbewusstsein
