Zur Verstärkung unseres Restaurant Teams suchen wir einen Gastgeber*in aus Leidenschaft, welche unsere Gäste mit Aufmerksamkeit verwöhnen und im Service durch Herzlichkeit und Kompetenz überzeugen.

Das erwartet dich Gästebetreuung: Begrüssung und Platzierung der Gäste, Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Services und einer hohen Gästezufriedenheit. Du steuerst den reibungslosen und professionellen Serviceablauf im täglichen Betrieb, organisierst Dienstpläne und Reservationen. Qualitätskontrolle: Überwachung der Einhaltung von Servicestandards und Hygienevorschriften. Beschwerdemanagement: Professionelle und freundliche Bearbeitung von Gästebeschwerden und -anfragen. Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung: Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemässen Vorbereitung der Servicestation vor und nach den Servicezeiten, inklusive Mise en Place. Kommunikation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam und anderen Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Restaurantfach Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Servicebereich Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Speisen- und Getränkekunde, sowie der Servicestandards Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Gast- und Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, sicheres Auftreten und ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen
