Du führst den Servicebereich unseres Panoramarestaurants fachlich und organisatorisch und unterstützt die Betriebsleitung operativ. Du koordinierst Abläufe zwischen Restaurant, Küche, Hotel und Bahnbetrieb, stellst klare Strukturen sicher, gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit und übernimmst Verantwortung für die operative Qualität im gesamten Betrieb.

Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung für die komplette Guest\-Service\-Operation (Service, Empfang, Tages\- und punktuellen Abendbetrieb)
  • Koordination der Abläufe zwischen Service, Küche, Hotel und Bahnbetrieb
  • Einsatzplanung, Briefings und tägliche Organisation
  • Gastgeberrolle mit Verantwortung für Gästebetreuung, Servicequalität und reibungslose Abläufe
  • Führung, Schulung und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Sicherstellen von Qualität, Sauberkeit und Standards
  • Betreuung von Gruppen und Events
  • Serviceprozesse im laufenden Betrieb weiterentwickeln
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Betriebsleitung
  • Sicherstellen der Service\-Abläufe im intensiven Mittagsgeschäft

Anforderungen

  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie, ideal in dynamischen oder volumenstarken Betrieben
  • Leidenschaft für Hospitality und Freude daran, Gäste und Teams zu führen
  • Operative Stärke und strukturierte, verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit natürlicher Präsenz und professionellem Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent, klare Kommunikation und ruhige Führung auch an vollen Tagen
  • Erfahrung in Teamführung, Schulung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gutes Weinverständnis und Interesse an regionalen Produzenten sowie Freude daran, passende Weine für unser Angebot zu entdecken und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Hygiene\- und Sicherheitsstandards im Servicebereich
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich langfristig weiterzuentwickeln

Sprachen

  • Deutsch: fliessend in Sprache und Schrift
  • Englisch: fliessend in Sprache von Vorteil
  • Französisch: fliessend in Sprache von Vorteil
  • Schweizerdeutsch: gutes Verständnis von Vorteil
