Du liebst Wasser, Schiffe und den direkten Gästekontakt? Du suchst eine aussergewöhnliche Herausforderung in der Gastronomie am Bodensee? Dann werde Teil unserer Crew an Bord der erMarina (MS Kreuzlingen) – unserem Event- und Gastroschiff im Hafen Ermatingen.

Warum eigentlich „Du“?

Weil man sich auf dem See einfach duzt. 😉 Das „Du“ steht bei uns für Nähe, Herzlichkeit und eine unkomplizierte, wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit – und selbstverständlich für Respekt auf Augenhöhe. Deshalb haben wir auch diese Stelle ganz bewusst per Du ausgeschrieben. 💙

Arbeiten, wo andere feiern

Die erMarina ist schwimmendes Restaurant und Eventlocation zugleich. Neben einer kleinen, feinen Bordkarte mit frischen, regionalen Speisen führen wir Hochzeiten, Firmenanlässe, Bankette und eigene Events durch.

In den Wintermonaten empfangen wir unsere Gäste zusätzlich im gemütlichen SeeChalet (auf dem Deck) mit Fondue, Chinoise und Raclette.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Chef de Service (m/w/d) – Jahres- oder Saisonanstellung möglich.

Deine Verantwortung an Bord -Operative Führung und Koordination des Serviceteams -Organisation des Serviceablaufs im Restaurant- und Eventbetrieb -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Eventmanagerin -Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Service, Küche und nautischem Betrieb -Aktive Mitarbeit im Service (kleine Crew) -Verantwortung für Qualität, Gästebetreuung und Reklamationsmanagement

Das bringst Du mit -Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gastgewerbe oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service -Führungserfahrung von Vorteil -Organisationsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken -Freude an selbständiger Arbeit in einem jungen Team -Belastbarkeit sowie Bereitschaft für Wochenend- und Abendeinsätze -Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse -Gültiger Führerausweis Kategorie B -Engagiert, sympathisch, dynamisch und Hands-on-Mentalität – auf einem Schiff gibt es immer etwas zu tun
